Tridec is owned by friends of Cooper In the document, the Virginia inspector also achieved in conclusion that Cooper allowed Tridec to hide the last word expense of the task by busting the project on to following awards, each of which was underneath the $5 trillion threshold that could have required aggressive bidding on the task. Thorson also went out of his method to claim that the Virginia inspector may have badly maligned Cooper to settle an inside employees rating for another Virginia worker who handles financing for a number of team opportunities while in the Virginia inspector-general’s office. Thats where the story gets interesting. A great possibility is this is a turf battle which the scandal that is actual is inside the Treasury Department.
